The Red Hen Bistro is a cozy 24 seat B.Y.O.B. serving creative New American Cuisine in a casual bistro setting located at 525 Moonachie Avenue in Wood-Ridge, N.J.  A small refined interior, antique lighting, and a turn of the century tin ceiling which maintains a romantic feel together with a home comfort and the finest food and service.

The menu was crafted by Chef-Owner Robert Russo to reflect the freshest ingredients of the season.  Since opening its doors over two years ago, the Red Hen Bistro has gone through a re-birth with the new owners Robert & Donna Russo. Our design & menu changes will help build upon the vibrant energy for which the Red Hen is known.
